Isaka here has mind control powers and can also read minds. He's also a shitty villain that has little compunction about using said powers on a whim. That said, I don't plan on having him use these powers without OOC discussion first! If you absolutely want to avoid him/his powers/any use of him using mind control on NPCs in threads with him, please comment here to let me know!
